AMARANTH
- Grain  (Amaranthus hypochondriacus)  -  Organic

Annual versatile plant, leaves rich in vitamins and minerals. Low in oxalic acid, eat in salads or cooked. Seeds are white, high in protein, can be popped. Sow Spring-Summer.
